We use Star Track Express to ship out your pool accessories, upon checkout please ensure you provide your preferred contact number as the transport company may require contacting you regarding delivery. If delivery is attempted and you are not home a card will be left by the driver to advise of attempted delivery, you will need to call the number on the card to reschedule delivery.

All pool orders will be dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse within 4 weeks from order date, approx. transit time into metro areas is 7-9 working days and upto 10-14 days for rural areas. **These transit times are approx. guide times not exact.**

Once your order has been dispatched we will upload your online freight tracking & consignment note number against your order this will enable you to track progress of shipment online via Toll, Star Track Express or Australia Post by clicking on the track & trace option on their website. Should you require any further progress of shipment information we are happy to assist with your freight enquiries
